Mae Bennett, MSSA, LISW-S

EMDR Certified, Consultant In Training

I have a social justice focus, recognizing systems of oppression affect the individual in profound ways.

I aspire to help reveal hope from where it's hiding and aid in discovering strength and empowerment. I use research-driven, evidence-based practices, including Ego State (parts work) and EMDR therapy. I have been practicing through the lens of EMDR for 8 years. EMDR helps access and process trauma and other adverse life experiences to reach resolution.

Positionality: I am a middle-class, white-passing biracial, physically disabled, cis-gendered heterosexual female.
